Scholarship Opportunity for Borno State Indigenes! His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, has announced a special scholarship for Borno State indigenes. This scholarship aims to support students from all twenty-seven Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Borno State who wish to study Medicine (MBBS), Engineering, or the Chinese Language at prestigious institutions in the People’s Republic of China.

Borno State Scholarships Eligibility Requirements

Medicine and Engineering

To qualify for these programmes, applicants must excel in the following subjects:

• English
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics

Chinese Language

Candidates must have outstanding results in art subjects.

Minimum Marks

• Medicine (MBBS): Achieve at least 75% in WAEC
• Engineering: Achieve at least 65% in WAEC

Age Requirement

Applicants must be between 18 to 25 years old.
