• All enrolled students of MMSU, in all levels and degree programs (FIRST UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE).
• Applicant must NOT be a recipient of TDP, TES, STuFAP and other government-funded scholarships in the previous academic years.

• Original and recent copy of the Certificate of Indigency as proof of income, duly issued by the Punong Barangay where the applicant resides.
