The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) consist of Benin Republic, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo as the fifteen (15) member states.

Requirements for ECOWAS Job Recruitment Application Form

Candidates for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) recruitment process must fulfill the following requirements:

• Candidates must be prepared to work in a strange environment.
• Candidates must be in good physical and mental health to be considered.
• A B.Sc., HND, NCE, or OND diploma from a recognized university.
• Must have completed the West African Senior School Certificate in no more than two sittings and earned a minimum of five credits.
• National Examination Council (NECO), the General Certificate of Education, and the WASSCE (GCE).
• Candidates seeking employment with ECOWAS must be under 50.
• Each applicant must show a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, national identification card, or voter registration card.
• Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to be considered.
• Capacity to carry out project management duties.
• Computer literacy is an added benefit.
• A government medical officer’s certification that the applicant is healthy physically and mentally is required.
• Able to perform under pressure in a multicultural environment.
