Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) was established by the Haryana Government to deploy contractual manpower for the various government departments, boards, entities, universities, and other govt agencies.

HKRN Portal For Job Recruitment

HKRN Portal is developed by the Haryana Skill Development and Industrial Training Department and is accessible at hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in.

The HKRN has three types of Jobs to offer;

• Jobs Under Rs. 30000/- per month Salary
• Jobs with a Salary Higher than Rs. 30000/- per month
• Vacant Jobs Under the Enterprises
• Vacanct Jobs Overseas

Through the HKRN, the Government provides temporary and DC Rate Jobs to the youths of Haryana. This is an alternative to fill up the vacancy posts quickly as the regular recruitment takes much time so HKRN Recruitment is a good option to recruit the staff immediately without any written exam, interview, or skill test.

General Requirements For HKRN Recruitment Process

The Selection Process under the HKRN is quick. First, applications are invited for the required vacant posts through the HKRN Portal i.e. hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in. After that, the applications are shortlisted based on various factors given below.

• Education Qualification.
• Relevant Experience.
• Economic Status (EWS, etc.) and Family Income
• Age Limit (Higher age limit is given preference).
• Any Additional Qualification related to the vacant posts.

NOTE;

There are marks allotted for each category including experience, Age Limit, Yearly Family Income, Education Qualification, etc.

The final merit list is prepared based on these marks and the selected candidates are informed through SMS and email. The HKRN Selection result is not declared publically.

How to Apply for HKRN Recruitment 2024

Follow these steps to apply for the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN) Recruitment 2024:

• Visit the HKRN official website hkrnl.ititharyana.gov.in
• Then click on the Job Advertisements in the Menu Bar.
• Here the list of all the current recruitment is given.
• Check your eligibility for the post, and click on the apply link given in front of the post.
• To apply for the HKRN, the candidates must have Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)/ Family ID.
• Enter the Family ID, click on the Display Members button, select the member name, and click on the Get OTP button.
• Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and click on the Verify OTP button, then click on the login button.
• Here you will get all the personal details, communication details, and other details fetched from the family ID.
• Click on the Next button if all the details are correct (you can update your details through the Family ID Portal)
• Here you have to add your educational qualifications, Skills, HSSC CET Qualified/ Non Qualified Status, etc.
• Then click on the Next Page and Select your social economic criteria.
• Then click on the Next button and enter the Government and Private Experience details.
• Tne click on the checkbox “I have carefully read and understand the conditions at 1-4 above”
• Then click on the “Make Payment” button and pay the application fees of Rs. 236/- in online mode.
• After the payment, you can select the job for which you want to apply and submit the HKRN Application Form.
