8. Have passed at least five subjects which include English and Mathematics in SSCE, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or any other exam in not more than two sittings.
9. A minimum of two passes in four SSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB certificates, an English credit, and a Trade Test are requirements for anyone applying for the driving course.
10. Every applicant has to be in an unmarried state.
11. No candidate is allowed to be a member of fraternities, cliques, or secret societies.
