$75,000 – $105,000 per year

Registered Nurse- Aged Care 

Location: Multiple regional/rural locations across NSW & WA 

About the Job Role   

We are on the look-out for multiple aged care experienced Registered Nurses to join our clients aged care facility to enable there aged care residents across different locations. Reporting to Charge Nurse, this full-time opportunity includes key responsibilities such as:  

  • Provide first class care and services to approx. 20 aged-care residents for 40 hours per week on a rostered shift  
  • Assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care to facility friendly residents  
  • Collaborate with the care staff in a way that facilitates effective communication, teamwork, and high clinical standards  
  • Establish and build lasting relationships with the residents, families, and GP’s  
  • Support the residents’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care.

Skills and experience  

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA  
  • Previous 2 years minimum working experience within aged care 
  • Experience in clinical assessment and observational skills  
  • Proven ability to communicate in a clear, considerate manner with genuine compassion.
