About Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND)

The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) was established by the Nigerian government in 2011. Its primary function is to provide supplementary support to public tertiary institutions through funding and projects aimed at enhancing educational infrastructure and capacity. TETFund collects a 2% education tax from the assessable profits of companies in Nigeria.

The funds are allocated to universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education for the construction of facilities, procurement of equipment, and academic development programs. Requirements, Eligibility and Criteria for TETFund Recruitment Portal 2024

• Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.

• Candidate must have a WAEC, NECO, or GCE result with at least credit passes in English and Mathematics and English and three other relevant subjects.

• Applicants must possess either an NYSC discharge certificate or an exemption certificate to indicate that they completed NYSC.
